Strength and Stretch class @ Gold Bar Hall. ***Mondays 5:15 - 6:15. Free trial class and registration on Monday Jan 9th.***Cost is $50/ 5 week session or $12/drop-in. Session runs from Jan 16 - February 13. Functional fitness program for all ages and levels of fitness. This self-paced 5-week program will focus on maintaining and improving all primary components of fitness. This program will be designed to help participants increase their overall muscle strength and endurance, improve cardiovascular health, core stabilization and flexibility and balance.
